- Vision, innovation, and patience were required to develop this exclusive community. Sloped topography, the desire to preserve the dramatic views, and the preservation of parkland, were the challenges and opportunities of Ocean View Terrace.
- A split road design gives each home an expansive uninterrupted view. Unlike many view properties, these homes have level driveways. Careful design has avoided dramatic inclines throughout the development. An interwoven road system discourages excessive vehicle traffic and excessive speeds.
- On sloped land, water erosion is always a concern. To counter run-off, surface water retention and storm water management systems were professionally designed to minimize land erosion.
